Famine 1500 starving IFM modules

The patch

The previous post details the Flight of Harmony Famine 1500 build. Here it is, controlling all of my Ieaskul F. Mobenthey modules by Peter Blasser.

For this patch I used the Jolin Tabor chaotic oscillator as the sound source, ran it through Sprott, the IFM filter, and used the rest of the IFM group to modulate Tabor and Sprott. I manually operated the Famine 1500.

All IFM modules are simple analog devices. Swoop, Denum, and Fourses include bounds modulation, which can dynamically change the high and low points of voltage of an oscillation. Lowering the power supply voltages below plus and minus twelve volts similarly changes the bounds. The effect is to lower the amplitude, introduce offsets, and increase frequencies. This patch is just for the purpose of making a simple demo; I will continue to explore the possibilities of power starving the IFM.

    This is excellent! 😀
