Call it bit crushing or down sampling, here I am passing triangle waves from two oscillators each going through three of the sample and holds in the Quantisise. Since each Quantussy cell has two sample and holds, clocked by the same oscillator, I can process two external oscillators simultaneously. I simply patch the output of the first S&H to the input of the second and from the second to the third. The result is drawn from the output of the third S&H. That is the right side of the Quantisise.
I use the left side as three Quantussy cells in a cycle, as usual, and outputs of three of those to control the three oscillators on the other side. I’m also taking two outputs from this Quantussy ring-of-three to control pitch on the two oscillators being sampled, in this case two Kareishuu VCOs in the green panel of Nonlinear Circuits modules.
After the bit crushing the audio is processed by CGS serge modules, including the VCFQ, the VC Phaser, plus Bugbrand modules Frequency Shifter and Delay. It turns into quite a mess.
