It’s a self-running patch that I tweak a little in real time.  Quantisise works with a Make Noise Maths and Function to generate a complex pattern that drives an audio patch.  That patch is then processed through Cocoquantus and Mutable Instruments Clouds.  Here are two snippets with different settings.
