I made this patch after watching the following video.

The patch uses Moonsoon (a Clouds variant from Calsynth) to self-oscillate by turning up the feedback and playing around with settings. Then sent through Make Noise Mimeophon. Monsoon is modulated by sending an LFO from Xaoc Batumi into Make Noise MultiMod, through some attenuators, to modulate the Monsoon. Three Tom Modular Doppio is used in limit mode to keep things from distorting too much! Ha ha. Here’s an MP3.
