A Krell Patch on MOTM

Todd Barton is credited with coming up with the Krell patch.  See this discussion on MuffWiggler.  I grabbed the patch diagram there for my featured image.  The heart of a Krell patch is a voltage-controlled cycling envelope generator with an end pulse.  I used a CGS Serge VCS for this.  The rise and fall times are modified by any type of random, periodically changing voltage.  I used the smooth and stepped outputs of my DIY Wogglbug.  The envelope generator controls a VCA, through which a VCO is heard.  Each end pulse triggers a sample and hold for a new pitch.  The pitch voltages are quantized by the Modcan Dual Quantizer.  My patch doubles this basic patch to get two notes.  For timbre changes I used the MOTM-410 Triple Bandpass Filter, a Blacet StonZ phaser, and a Blacet Time Machine.  Here are two of many takes.
