This patch started out with a bit of head scratching how to apply the switchers in the two new Klavis <\/a>Mixwitch<\/a> modules I just got.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vowel and Chords pitch generator patch<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The four Bastl Troms\u00f8<\/a> modules are patched in pairs, using the Cross-modulating LFOs<\/a> pattern that I contributed to Patch Deck. The outputs of the four Sample & Holds are sent to the four inputs of both<\/strong> Mixwitches. Two of the LFO square wave outputs trigger the Mixwitch switching, in random selection mode. Then the switch outputs are used to control pitch on the Braids oscillator<\/a> in VOWL mode, and the Beehive<\/a> (Plaits clone) in green chords mode. The bass drone comes from Hexinverter<\/a> Mindphaser<\/a> with some chaotic modulation, passed through Thonk Synth Double Bubble VCF<\/a> in low pass mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VOWL goes through Holocene <\/a>NLMM<\/a>, while Chords goes though Noise Engineering Desmodus Versio<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
