New year sounds patch<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Hear some new electronic sounds. The first one is from last week. Different patch than shown in the photo, and featuring Blue Lantern Rings<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These two are from the above patch. It uses a nine Quantussy Cell ring and controls three oscillators, gated by four envelop generators and VCAs. Effects include Mimeophon, White Rabbit reverb, and Midside+ with BLM Rings in the sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patch for the following<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

I repatched the Quantussy Cell ring for seven cells. Then for six of the LFOs I took the pulse output that triggers the sample & holds over to my random sequencing rack to generate six new random stepped voltages and used them to control the frequencies of six VCOs. Six envelope\/VCAs gate the six VCOs at the same time as the pulse generating a new pitch. So there are six random notes being played.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reason that the sound cuts out from time to time is because the Moon Phase filter in dual LPF mode is having the cutoff lowered below the pitches, randomly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
