Another easy to build Eurorack module from ST Modular, purchased from Calsynth.
CV SCAN is a bi-directional 4-way switch that operates manually or by control voltage. Though mainly intended for switching CV signals, you can put audio through it, albeit with a click when switching. Each input/output has an attenuator. The switch can be turned OFF by holding a momentary switch or by sending a gate.
Assembly
ST Modular partial kits come from Calsynth with all SMD pre-soldered. The builder has to source a few parts, such as pots, jacks, switches, knobs and LEDS. This is nice. It gives you a choice for the type of pots, LEDs, knobs, etc. I chose some higher quality ‘trimmer’ type pots, but you can use 9mm T18 pots that take knobs, if you like.

Looks fun!
I have been eying out the Subway from WMD and the Mixiplexer by Toppobrillo.
I don’t think they have DIY options though.
