This is one of the pieces we performed live at the April, 2015, Brewster House Concert series. It is a duet between a Tocante and live computer-generated sound. I played Tocante and Ivan Seng played the computer. The computer sound was created in real time and used a series of ‘synthesizers’ operated by the choice of random number seeds. This was a rehearsed piece that contains some improvisation within parts.
