Patch Description

The patch has a control part and and audio part.  The control section consists of eight Quantussy Cells.  Each of these contains an LFO and two Sample & Holds.  I patch these out of basic modules.  Some are made up of a Bastl Instruments Tromsø, which has an LFO and a S&H, combined with another S&H, such as a 2hp S&H or a S&H from a Mutable Instruments Stages.  Other LFOs used include a pair of Ciat-Lonbard Denums and a pair of SSF Mini Slews.  Other sample & holds used include a Sport Modulator and the Dual S&H in the Distings.  The eight cells are patched into a circular chain of modulation, as I’ve described elsewhere.

The audio patch uses both Dannysound Oscillators, the Cali Osc and the EN129 Through-Zero VCO.  Initial frequencies of these are modulated through the Log FM inputs with signals taken from sample & holds in the Quantussy cells. The audio is mixed to the stereo output with an L-1 Stereo VC Mixer, enveloped by the outputs of the two Mini Slew.  The Cali Osc output can also modulate the EN129 Linear Through Zero FM input, through a VCA for dynamic depth.  The final mix is given FX treatment by Erica Synths Black Hole DSP.  Modulating envelopes are generated by Just Friends.
